An Advanced Deposit of 10% of the total estimated bill upon signing of the contract or a minimum of $250 for A la carte events. Please make checks payable to MISC F&B.


In the event of a cancellation within 90 Days of the original event date, the deposit shall be non- refundable. Should your event need to be canceled, all deposits may be applied to a future date.

Final Guarantee

A guaranteed final count is due 5 days in advance to the event. If no guarantee is received, the client will be financially responsible for the most updated guest count given, or the number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater.

Dietary Restrictions

Please advise us of any dietary restrictions that guests in your party may have so that we can do our best to accommodate. Please note that Egans & Son’s is not a nut free facility.

Pricing for hand passed hors-d’oeuvres is based upon 1.5 hours of hand passing. Please let us know if you require additional time.
